Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are based on the information provided by the customer.
Quotes may be adjusted if the property is larger, dirtier, or requires additional work not disclosed at the time of quoting.
Any price changes will be communicated and approved before work continues.
Bond cleaning prices do not include professional carpet cleaning, pest control, or other specialist services unless specifically stated.
Access to Property
You agree to:
Provide safe and reasonable access to the property.
Ensure electricity and running water are available for cleaning services.
Ensure parking access for removal vehicles or cleaning teams. If access is not available, additional fees or rescheduling charges may apply.
Payment Terms
Payment is required before commencement of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept bank transfer, card payments, or cash where applicable.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the booking may incur a cancellation fee.
If our team arrives and cannot access the property, a call-out fee may apply.
Satisfaction Guarantee (Cleaning Services)
End-of-lease cleaning includes a re-clean guarantee, valid for 72 hours after completion.
A re-clean will only cover areas originally included in the service.
Breakage, Damage & Liability
We take every precaution to avoid damage. However:
We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or fragile items not disclosed.
The customer must secure or remove delicate, sentimental, or valuable items.
For removals, items must be properly packed unless packing services were requested.
Any damages must be reported within 24 hours with photos and details.
Hazardous or Unsafe Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse or stop a job if:
The environment is unsafe
There are biohazards, pests, or excessive clutter not previously disclosed
Violent, aggressive, or threatening behaviour occurs
Additional charges may apply if the job requires specialised equipment or extra labour.
Rubbish Removal Terms
Rubbish and item removal pricing is based on volume, weight, and type of waste.
Hazardous materials (chemicals, asbestos, fuel, medical waste) cannot be collected.
Removals & Moving Service Terms
We handle your belongings with care; however, we are not responsible for items that were poorly packed by the customer.
You must declare any fragile items or heavy items (over 80 kg).
Delays due to access issues, waiting time, or additional labour may incur extra fees.
Privacy
We respect your privacy. Personal information provided for bookings will only be used for scheduling, communication, and service delivery. We do not share your information with third parties unless required by law.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will apply to all future bookings.
